Positive: I loved how large and spacious it was for my family. Beautiful bright colors for decor and very close to the beach. We loved the small private pool and had a great time staying close to beach, shops, food, etc.
Negative: The a/c didn’t get very cold but it was comfortable overall.

We enjoyed our stay at Everglades Villa. The location was the best feature as we were able to walk to Siesta Key Village and the beach.

Great location!! Short walk to beach and Siesta Village. Plenty of room, beds are comfortable, has one very large bathroom and another small one but not sure where the 3rd bathroom is that was listed in the description. Pool was nice and relaxing, everything was clean. Only issue was the noise upstairs, the last night was the only night that I slept well because the people staying above us left so I advise bringing ear plugs

Cute Condo with Great Location!
Fabulous location. Recently renovated. Pool onsite.Ample Parking. Communication was good. Pet Friendly.Would absolutely stay again.
