Walk to the beach - Island Villa

Comfortable and good location. Needs more detailed care. Positive: This property has a good location, close to the Village and short walk to the beach. Negative: The grounds are not well maintained. The pool and deck are well maintained, but the grounds around the hand and front of home have weeds growing and there is an overgrown tree blocking the stairs that lead to property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the property was exceptionally clean. The hosts were excellent with communication and always responded promptly. Highly recommend!

Description was off. No dishwasher or oven. Electric countertop cooktop took forever to cook things on. There was a countertop toaster oven. Do not recommend if needing to cook a lot. Grills on site need to be cleaned. Location was great. Close to restaurants, shops and beach, all within walking distance. Pool was clean and warm. Island apartment smelled a little musty in the bedroom closet and had door that went indoor downstairs that smelled musty as well. Sliding bathroom door needs some work. Older unit, just painted and made to look presentable.

Would definitely book again. Good value and had everything needed for a beach stay. Positive: Location fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to village shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Also, the pictures of the condo did not do it justice. With funky and eclectic decor, upgraded appliances, spacious living room, and new kitchen counters, it was beautiful. The pool area was nicely maintained and had plenty of seating for the guests who share it. Negative: Nothing really major not to like. We didn't have coffee packets but I had luckily packed some. I am sure had we asked, coffee would have been provided. Another slight negative, the stairs to the deck of this 2nd level condo are quite steep and weathered. Just be prepared for trips up and down if you have children or issues with stairs.
